Costume jewelry matches these flowing outfits as oversized rings that are wild in color and shape make a great statement in addition to these. Also, you can wear almost any kind of shoe or sandal, making these great pieces. Try wearing strapped toga sandals that will match nice with the tunic feel of the outfit. In the spirit of sassy swings and relaxed drives we'll delve into some of the top fashions in golf for this season.  From golf shirts, Golf Hats, Golf Dresses and Golf Accessories, you'll be prepared to walk on the greens in comfort and style - with confidence to put your best foot forward and play a solid game.

Spring is one of the ideal times for a good game of golf.  The greens are bright and of ideal conditions, the air is clear and the weather offers comfortable temperatures, causing gold enthusiasts to crawl out of their winter retreats and hit the course. 

For some, golf is a year round sport, but for many of us who live in less favorable climates spring is not only a celebration of winter's departure, it is a welcoming arrival to all things golf.  Many people find golf apparel to be unattractive with bold colors of plaid that one would never consider wearing anywhere else. Others tend to feel confined by the plain, drab shirts that leave creative fashion behind the fairway. As is often the case, there is a happy medium and some truly fabulous golf fashions hitting the greens this year.

It's smart to stock up on classics, no matter your personal style. Think Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, Catherine Deneuve: always, simple, chic and impeccably dressed. 

Once you have the classics, you can go anywhere. If you buy pieces that are well-made and in good fabrics, they'll wear better, feel better and, of course, look better on you. The fabrics to look for are lightweight wool gabardine, silk, cotton, linen, cashmere, and textured microfibers. Go that extra mile and make sure everything fits, especially the tailored pieces. Go to a tailor if something needs to be altered. It's worth the money. Now for those of you who are not the "classic" type, you can still do your own thing. Try a Chanel jacket with jeans or a leather bomber with a chiffon skirt. 

If you're downtown hip with a touch of "goth", just add a leather jacket to the classics along with leather pants and animal print accessories.
